It was nice to stay there. Staff were great. I had my service dog Mike with me and he enjoyed the area. He got his picture taken with the staff. With over 300,000 Internet Followers we would recommend Hotel Mio to anyone, Dog or no Dog. Thankyou Mio staff for making our stay enjoyable. Mike is on Youtube, TicTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Love Mike

If you didn't stay at Mio Vallarta... you haven't been in heaven yet! its the best place for your money! Adults only brings the vibes and comfort if you are looking to relax in the pool with a drink in hand. Enjoy the gorgeous views and the friendly staff!! I even became friends with the Housekeeper Angeles, she made sure our room was comfy and fresh everyday for the entire week! Love this place!

Very comfortable room and accommodating staff .prices are very reasonable and any food I had was delicious . If they had a lounge and dinner menu or restaurant I would have made good use . Very little info about the hotel or its services but I managed .

It’s unique in a way that the hotel is very safe, no access if you are not checked in. Breakfast is great and the staff are friendly especially the room service is excellent, daily cleaning and fresh bedding and towels. It’s just the noise from the garbage pickup usually midnight.

We’ve stayed here in the past. This time around we noticed some changes. We were disappointed that they no longer offer complimentary coffee in the morning. As well it was difficult to find seating at the pool area as people were taking towels and reserving chairs. You had to get to the pool area early before it filled up or you would not find a chair to lounge in. Staff were attentive r and friendly.

The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool, especially at sunset. The walk to the beach isn’t too bad, but since you have to go through the other resort, there aren’t areas where you can sit and order food as they belong to the surrounding all-inclusive resorts (unless you pay a day fee). The hotel as a whole is great and we’d stay there again.

The hotel was overall pretty good. Nice pool, attentive staff, and clean. Good location that is walking distance to mall, restaurants, and coffee shops. Unfortunately the noise level was so bad that I rarely could sleep. Our room was over looking the entrance to the resort and off a fairly large street. I could hear constant car noise, talking, screaming, and music throughout my stay. There really should be a better sound proofing doors to the balcony. I also was extremely put off that a $0 check was presented at the breakfast buffet upgrade we paid for. We had been tipping everyday that we were there but yet on the 4th day a check was presented? Pretty nervy.
