Check in went well, they took our luggage to our room, we get there and there were no towels, luckily the gentleman that brought our luggage up was still there.
He said he would bring us towels and never came back.
The TV didn't work. (ROOM WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE ON HOW IT LOOKED ON LINE) we were issued one key only, and you had to put the key in the slot in order for the lights to come on. Next morning my wife wanted hot water for her coffee, and they said they didn't have any hot water.
I reserved the room for two nights ended up staying one night only didn't even ask for reimbursement, I ended up getting another room somewhere else, my kids stayed at the other place while we went back to check out ang grab our luggage. When I went to check out, they wanted the bracelets back that my kids had, or they were going to charge me for them. I had to give them a written explanation on why I couldn't return those bracelets.
(Bottom line Terrible experience)
