When we arrived the front desk was unattended when someone finally came out they rushed us off no customer service. When we got to our room we noticed there was no hot water we went back to the front desk and no one opened the door. We were not given any paperwork with after hours number because our check in was so rushed. The hotel is on a main road which is very noisy. We asked for a room with two beds and a sofa and we were given a room with two beds only and paid the same price. During check out we explained the no hot water situation and no one cared we didn’t get a discount. Very bad customer service.

My family and I reserved a room. When we arrived, we were asked to wait because they were having trouble with their internet connection and could not check us in. Our check in was at 3:00pm, so we waited an hour and a half and still nothing. They called in another employee that completely ignored us and another family waiting to check in as well. We asked how long and he replied “until it’s ready”. We waited 2 hours and left. It turns out that they charged us the stay even though we didn’t stay at the property. The other family as well.
Do not go here! The pools were filthy. The nearest street leading to town was torn up entirely. There was no way to walk on it. And the location of the property was rather far from all the action. Awful experience. I left to another hotel left right away.

El lugar esta medio bien ubicado, el baño estaba muy sucio; el a/c no funcionaba el control; la alberca parecía tenia tiempo sin limpiarse
The reviews were mixed in relation to the hotel however, I am glad that I stayed. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes walk from the centre which worked out well given the high concentration of tourists in the market area; the room itself was comfy with dark hardwood furnishings which I wasn't expecting and internet connectivity was excellent. There is really nice roof top area on different levels which was a nice place to retreat to at the end of the day. The staff were helpful and friendly and I would certainly stay there again.
This place is the loudest place I’ve ever stayed in. They have a quiet hours policy but it certainly is not maintained and people weirdly party near the cars at night with loud music. The walls are thin and people run around making banging sounds on the metal railings early in the morning and guests shout in the middle of the night through the corridors.
Don’t let the price get you, there will be no decent sleep had here which will impact your ability to enjoy Sayulita.
The Manager Dixie was simply amazing She managed to find me lodging on the holiday when everything in Town was booked The Pacific Inn is well managed because of her
Buen hotel para el precio y la zona en donde en su mayoría solo hay estadías de lujo y si se necesita hacer un viaje a la zona de negocios es buena opción.
It was great for the price. Wifi was spotty, so if that’s important for you, I would look elsewhere

Improve your customer service is your obligation.
They did not have signal to make the payment and she was presuring me to pay in cash and inclusive she was blaming my credit card she made me try different credit cards and the end it was their fault and she did. Ot even said sorry it was our fault lady that help was not kind at all also In needed help because my nice broke a bottle and cut her self and they did not take any initiative to help me. I rented 3 rooms and they did not clean one of them and also they were trying to bblame me that I left the sign outside they dont want to accept customer service responsability and if they can they try to
Make you feel guilty for things they dont do right.
Two people were worse a skinny lady blond hair and a skinny kind a tall gut
Property had no elevator service, no water in rooms, TV had poor signal as well as internet. Very noisy with loud bird making rooster-like sounds ALL NIGHT LONG! And also too many rooms with multiple people in them. All dirt around and next to a dirt alley-like street that could make it unsafe for some. Not the best stay.
Staff really unfriendly, this manager called Dixie Olguín , very rude girl , was really bad host. The hotel in on the highway, is not in Sayulita and very far away from the beach and the town of Sayulita, also vary dangerous at night , my son with his Nabor stayed there and they were listening gun detonations at night . Please do not recommend this hotel any more
You get what you pay for at this “inn”…a place to sleep. It’s in a developing neighborhood. The driveway is a dirt slope from the road to the building. There are several car ports to park in. The area has deteriorating houses among new construction. There is noise from traffic passing next to the hotel. Buses, semi trucks, cars, pedestrians. There are a lot of roosters in the area crowing 24 hours of the day. The pools are unfiltered, standing water. No thank you. The room was fine. No complaints there. Just an average spot to sleep at. You probably wouldn’t want to walk to the beach as it’s a 7 minute drive away. All day parking is $7 USD if you can get it. Parking is very limited in Sayulita. The saving graces of this inn were the price and the friendly staff. I would only stay here again if I couldn’t find a better spot for a little more money. Just set your expectations right with this place and you won’t be disappointed.
