I just left on the 24th, my birthday was the 23. At the pool bar All my cash and drivers license came up missing. Security claimed they were going to review the cameras but nobody have reached out nor said anything! Please just be safe and watch your belongings. Other than that I had a decent time. God bless whoever took my money and ID.

First time staying here with my wife, From the moment we got out of the hotel the service was great. we were always attended to. food was great at the restaurant. everyone is very nice. only issue we had with the hotel is that from the first night & half our room had no cold water or working toilet. we had to take quick hot showers. & we used the bathrooms around the property. very frustrating considering it's a 5 star place. the 2nd day we came back to the room and it wasn't working still called again was told it's a general plumbing issue and it was just fixed we got cold water back but still no toilet a technician came in 5 min and fixed it super fast. beside the toilet issue. great place we enjoyed it.
