All-around excellent resort! Majestic Mirage is top notch at providing luxury resort accommodations and service in Punta Cana. We truly feel catered to throughout our stay. This included a daytime butler (thank you Yordy!) that checked in each morning and provided a list of resort activities and was available throughout the day if we needed anything. We opted for the jacuzzi rooftop room and had an awesome time. Also make sure you check out the specialty drinks @ the Piano Bar! Would highly recommend for special intimate occasions ;)

We had a great time at the Majestic Mirage. The property is beautiful and clean. The staff were great and very friendly, especially Miguel, Ana Maria, Maricela, Chef Jonas, Lissette, Macleidy. In addition, my wife is allergic to seafood and every time that we went to a restaurant, the chefs were very careful cooking her food to make sure she was safe eating her meals. This is by far the best hotel that we have ever been and truly recommend it to anyone who wants to have an amazing experience in Punta Cana.

What I liked is our Butler Amable who attended to all of our needs. The food was excellent, Grounds were kept beautiful and everything from the room to the restaurant's were super clean. The staff is very friendly and pleasant! What a wonderful time we had! This place should be 6 stars and we will be back again very soon and we can’t wait. There is nothing bad I can say about the Majestic Mirage!

We had a new butler who did not do much for us which made me upset bc we paid extra for it. As well as not being able to eat at all restaurants bc u need a reservation & if its full you cant eat there. Even if u try to book the day u get there. Workers were nice but u need to know spanish if talking to most of them.
