It was okay in general. The food wasn’t the best. The pool was good. Staff were happy to assist with anything we needed. It’s a bit of a long walk from the rooms to the lobby/buffet area.

Our room had many issues. First our keys didn’t work then the safe didn’t work and needed to be replaced. Toilet didn’t flush, shower handle broke off and no hot water. Then door would not stay closed and kept blowing open and finally ceiling was leaking water in the room and creating over an inch of water on floor. Not first time at this property and this time the room was bad.

I recently stayed at this resort and, overall, I had a great experience with the amenities and beautiful surroundings. The rooms were comfortable, and the resort itself was stunning. I genuinely enjoyed my time relaxing by the pool and exploring the facilities. However, I was disappointed by the constant hassles and them pushing for you to join their “Blue Diamond Program”. Aside from that I would stay here again!
