This hotel was very nice and I would stay there again. I gave 4 stars for property condition as water was spitting out the showerhead hose attachment and not much was coming out the showerhead. We told the front desk about it on the way out and the staff wrote it down to be repaired. Also one of the bedside reading lamps was not working.

La personne qui m'a accueillie le soir m'a donnée les mauvaises instructions pour le Wi-Fi. Chambre confortable et tranquille mais fauteuils plutôt usés. Le déjeuner "continental" est plutôt un bar à pain avec quelques fruits. Pas d'oeufs, fromages ou viandes, un peu trop de base comparé à la plupart des hôtels offrant ce type de déjeuner. Bien situé.

We love the hotel’s vibe and just steps away to the stores, shopping and restaurants and they even gave us free bus tickets.

Very noisy group came for breakfast at 6:30am after our first night at the hotel and the noise level was awful. The hotel advertised having a swimming pool, but it was extremely dirty and not fit to swim in. The front desk clerk also gave us the wrong directions to a restaurant and it wound up being very close to the hotel after walking for more than half an hour.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. The carpets in hallways were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a few days. The two fabric chairs in our room were FILTHY DIRTY and one had a big tear in the fabric. I wouldn’t even sit on them. Staff at front desk were not very friendly and the police had to be called to the hotel and removed a man and took him away. Not at all impressed and would NEVER stay here again. The uncleanliness was my biggest complaint.

This was a beautiful property inside, outside didn't portray how nice it is inside. Good restaurants in walking distance and the free bus pass to Quebec Old City was an added bonus!
