room was suitable for dogs as it was clear that has been what stays there, but not suitable for people. Also we booked a suite as we needed 3 beds but they did not have a suite available, staff gave us a portable bed which got us through but room had hair everywhere, will not stay again.We pay the higher rates for hotels expecting them to be clean, this would not have been acceptable at a cheap hotel. Also for the record this was not a missed cleaning, this was long term neglect. You should retrain your cleaning staff or change your name to a cheap hotel.

Upon arrival, we were given key to a room that an occupant was in. Quite embarrassing! Then, our toilet would not flush from entering room. Finally, staff cleared it late in evening. Breakfast was fair, eggs terrible. Staff was friendly and helpful but would not recommend this hotel. Too many others nearby to stay in.

Kicked out by racist black clerk
Was threatened by front desk clerk that she was going to call her boyfriend over to straighten me up because she didn’t check me in properly and we ended up getting kicked out my disabled wife and dog. The boyfriend hung out in the lobby most of the night with her and she was the worst hotel clerk in all my years of travel. I shouldn’t have to be treated that way and the whole thing was calculated and planned by this racist clerk who thought her boyfriend would solve the issue and then gets the manager on the phone who tells us to leave for the safety of her employees.

The concierge was amazing. They staff out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and extremely accommodating. Even after i thought or need were met, they still continued to try to be helpful. They literally made us feel like we wanted to stay longer but we had to get to our next destination.
