I do not recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. It took over an hour to get our rooms, and the digital key cards were a constant issue. Each time I went to my room, the card wouldn’t work, forcing me to return to reception to reactivate it. Combined with a painfully slow elevator, this became incredibly frustrating.
The room itself was outdated, with old furniture and surfaces covered in dust, including inside the closet. The quality of the toilet paper was extremely poor, and there was no coffee maker in the room. The provided instant coffee was of very low quality and wasn’t replenished daily.
The breakfast buffet was disappointing, with a very limited selection that was repetitive, and on some days, even fewer options were available. Service during breakfast was also very slow.
Overall, the hotel does not offer value for the money. The staff were unfriendly, and you should not expect a greeting or a smile from them. It was clear they didn’t care much about customer satisfaction or the quality of their service. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel.
