I believe this hotel can improve everything…. Mostly cleanness. The gym área was unusable due to the horrible smell. When I took it to the attention of the front desk they said it was Clorox ..kkkkk… Clorox, although unpleasant to some people, smells clean. Definitely the front desk person want willing to address my concerns. The room I stayed at, #512, was less than clean. Actually, while playing with my dog on the floor I found a crock sandal and an earring under the bed. I don’t know for how long it has been there and I am sure it wasn’t mine. I got to the hotel before 6:00 pm and, at the entrance door, there was mud, water and dry leaves that continued there until 8:00 am the next day.

No housekeeping for 4 days and room not clean on arrival. No breakfast on Thanksgiving. Hotel itself wad nice and breakfast when available (2 of 4 days we were there) was goid. Coffee available 24/7 but COLD.

I was very disappointed with my stay. When I opened the refrigerator, I found a bitten apple that looked like it had been there for weeks. The corridor had a strong chlorine smell, and the gym had a stale, stuffy odor. After seeing the pool room, I didn’t even want to use it. The worst part was at night: a minute after we turned the lights off, a large outdoor cockroach landed on my daughter’s leg. We were screaming and jumping, and eventually found it and killed it. It was disgusting, and we were honestly afraid to sleep after that. I will not be coming back to this hotel.

The hotel is out to date, some of the towels had stains, the the floor hall smelled bad, desk chair (leather broke). I don't even try the breakfast. I didn't wanted to risk. The positive is the location. it's very close to the event wanted to attend, Koko Amphitheater. Vey close to restaurants and shopping centers.

Hotel needs a good cleaning. Curtains in room were yellowed and stain3d. The duvet had what appeated to be a cigarette burn in it, the shower curtain had mildew on it and the towels were yellow and stained. And there was a dirty sheet on the sofa bed.

No fresh fruit available on the first morning Dangerous condition in the bathtub - slippery with no tub adhesive mat. The drain did not work properly and there was 3 inches of standing water in the tub after a short shower. I consequently slipped in the tub and landed hard on my jaw and side. I was fortunate to only chip my jaw bone, but could have easily knocked out teeth, broken my jaw more severely, or hit my head and fractured my skull. All tubs should be inspected and repaired for clogged drains and have non-slip mats installed for safety.
