Welcome to our home. Our home has a very spacious yard (over 1/2 an acre). It is a single family home detached. It is a 3 bedroom home, but 2 of the rooms will closed to guests. So only one (1) bedroom is is being rented. It is a Guest Bedroom. There are two full bathrooms. 1 small bathroom downstairs (with tub/shower), and 1 full bathroom off the large Bonus room upstairs.

We also have a pull out sofa (that converts to a queen sized bed, that can sleep 2 more guests if needed). Our home is open floor plan. Living room with very high ceilings (over 20 ft.), Dining area seats 4 and Kitchen table seats 4. We also have a very large Bonus room upstairs with a large sectional sofa and Flatscreen TV, Popcorn machine, and mini Frig. for your drinks.

Our house is in a Golf Community - So club house has a restarant inside. This is just a short walk down the street from our property.
