This was a poor excuse for a motel. The elevator was broken and did not appear that they plan to fix it. Nothing stated that it was working when the reservation was made. I have limited mobility with my foot and my knee. It was very difficult to carry luggage up 3 floors or narrow steps. Especially since everyone was using them. They did not offer to help and actually laughed at me trying to do it myself. The staff was very rude and did not like to be bothered with any request. They snack machines do not work, your card would be deactivated randomly several people could not get in doors or rooms including me. I will never stay here and wish I did not waste my money on them this trip.

The hotel had just been renovated & changes were nice but old furniture and curtains remained in the room. My room was advertised to having a sofa bed as a plus but no linens provided and when asked for some we were told they don't provide that for the sofa bed. Was given an old looking top sheet and thin yellow duvet cover.
