I have never had such a bad hotel experience in my entire life. I could hear every word the room nextdoor was saying let alone all the other horrid details and the blasting music that you could hear very loudly from the hallways, even with earplugs I could hear everything they were doing and saying. I sincerely regretted booking and staying at the hotel and couldn't sleep for hours and got woke up with loud chatting and other noises we don't want to hear.

Unfortunately the elevator was not operational. There should be 2 elevators in s hotel Incase one is down for maintenance.

Personell was rude and did not have a elevator to go to 3rd floor with logged thru steps also room bed was no constable l came 3 am and left 1130 personell came banging in my door to ask lf l was leaving o staying. Also they collect 100 dollars deposit . Service was terrible/room

The staff was very responsive to my late arrival and had me in a room shortly after my arrival. The a/c worked great, as did the hot shower. The bed was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was ok. Due to my late arrival and early departure I cannot speak about the other amenities as I didn’t use them.

The recent remodel left no carpeting so there is nothing to buffer the sound. It is so loud you can not sleep. You can hear EVERYTHING others are doing in their rooms as it comes into the hallway and echos.
