Our stay was made unpleasant by the fire alarm sounding at 3am in the morning. Also there were no coffee making facilities, and no air con or ceiling fans in our room to deal with the stifling summer heat.

Great location, beautiful view, comfortable bed, breakfast was decent, lots of options. Only downside was that shampoo and body wash was not provided (only provided a small package as a welcome gift), very inconvenient.

Amazing views , good meals ,nice polite staff but not enough of them ,I could see only one person looking after a busy breakfast time preparing food in the kitchen and covering reception at the same time, not at all fair on her she was working so hard and did an amazing job.

Great hotel and staff at the edge of National park. Parking is very easy and ample. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast is great with good selection of everything. The restaurant dinner is also great with good quality food and awesome views of the alps. We recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Amazing hotel in beautiful location
This hotel is amazing! Beautiful location, great staff and delicious food. We had a lovely balcony with a view and it is very close to hiking trails. Dinner and breakfast were nice and it was fabulous to sit on the terrace with a glass of wine and look at the mountains. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Hotel in a Gorgeous Location
If you are looking for a smaller hotel in a beautiful area surrounded by mountains and scenic areas, this is the hotel! The hotel was clean, the staff were great (mostly), and the location was perfect for sightseeing and exploring the nearby areas. However, I will say the mattress in our room was extremely uncomfortable and old. The metal supports inside the mattress could be felt from the surface. I had to lay the down comforter over the mattress and that helped pad it a little bit, the metal could still be felt. I did leave there after two nights with a back ache unfortunately. But, my parents were in another room and their bed was apparently ok. Again, I still loved the hotel and it’s location. Dogs are also welcome and there is an amazing enclosed area for them that was much appreciated! Breakfast was also wonderful, but the staff member seemed very reclusive.

Very nice view from our room and restaurant. And there is elevator in the hotel and very convenient for us move luggage. Parking is free off side of hotel.

Beautiful Views!
The location is wonderful and it is easy to drive to many different attractions. All of the staff that we encountered at this hotel were beyond friendly and helpful. We made a few requests and they were more than willing to help accommodate the request. The views are absolutely breathtaking! The only bad thing I will say about this hotel is that the beds were very uncomfortable. That said, we would still for sure stay here again!!
