Beautiful hotel
The hotel is beautiful! however, the reception closes at 6pm, which is very inconvenient. Also, the hotel provided us with a room in the ground floor with no view, even though they had the same room in a higher floor available at the same price range, they changed it after we asked them to. (We have stated in our order that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, but there was no effort on the hotel's part to make it outstanding). Having said that, we still enjoyed staying at the hotel, the best part was the lake spa which was amazing!

Hieno hotelli muutamilla miinuksilla
Yövyimme maisemasviitissä joka oli hieno. Vastaanoton toiminta nopeaa, hyvää ja avuliasta. Sitten päästään miinuksiin: kylpylä oli pieni ja hienoinen pettymys. Juomalistassa olevat hinnat ja juomien koot eivät vastanneet todellisuutta, luultavasti jopa laitonta toimintaa. 0,4 -hanajuomat laskettiin 0,3l tölkeistä ja veloitettiin sama hinta kertomatta siitä etukäteen. Huoneessa toisena vuorossa olleelle suihkussa kävijälle ei tullut enää lämmintä vettä, pelkästään jääkylmää. Vähän liian ympäristöystävällistä omaan makuun. Aamupala oli hyvä.

Hieno ympäristö
Hotelli, kylpylä (aivan huippu, jossa vielä hedelmätarjoilu sisältyy), ravintola ja palvelu oikein hienoja. Aamupala on suorastaan loistava, mutta pienenä miinuksena, että aukeaa vasta klo 8, jolloin sinne tuli paljon asiakkaita. Lounaspöytä oli pieni pertymys ja siksi jätimmekin sen väliin.

Hyvät palvelut ja rauhallinen yöpyminen
Majoitus oli mukava: palvelut (mm. vastaanotto, parkkipaikka, ravintolat ja kylpylä) sijaitsivat lähellä, tilaa oli riittävästi, sänky oli miellyttävä, majoitus oli hiljainen ja verhot pimensivät luonnonvalon tehokkaasti. Majoituksen ilma oli hieman tunkkainen, mikä oli suurin ongelma. Kylpylä oli erinomainen (paljon erilaisia saunoja ja altaita sekä ulkouimaranta) ja ravintolat laadukkaita. Alue oli muutenkin kaunis ja rauhallinen. Rentouttava loma.

Kylpylä ja sen henkilökunta oli erittäin korkealuokkainen. Palvelualttiudesta ja ystävällisyydestä erityismaininta. Sama pätee myös Safaritalon ja vastaanoton palveluihin. Majoituksessa oli hämähäkinseittiä, mikä sai hieman miettimään, koska tilaa on viimeksi käytetty ja onko mahdollisesti silloin tehty viimeisin tarkistus kuntoon. Muuten siisteydessä ei moittimista. Ravintolan henkilökunnasta sai etsiä yksiköitä, joilla halu palvella tai olisivat kiinnostuneita asiakkaan viihtyvyydestä. Päällimmäisenä mietti aina, olisiko tiskillä hyvällä tuurilla joku, jonka kanssa asiat saa kerralla hoidettua, jotta ei tarvitse vaivata muuta henkilökuntaa. Tämä pätee niin aamiaiseen kuin Lotjabaarin henkilökuntaan. Jos saatte saman asiakaspalvelun tason kuin aiemmin mainitsemissani palvelupisteissä niin olisi helppo 5 tähteä.
