Poorly staffed and supplied — Shame though had real potential. Did enjoy proximity to restaurants/stores but that meant crazy noisy with automobile/motorcycle traffic. Lobby had an amazing paper wall sculpture but staff occupying lobby very unaccommodating and unhelpful. Room had no shampoo (pump on bottle was broken) or body wash (bottle was empty) and when I called the front desk they said they had no one to bring any up, even though there were three visible employees at the desk when I checked out shortly after. Also, not enough towels for number of travelers and the beds/pillows were extremely uncomfortable. No mini fridge either which I thought was a standard. Enigma breakfast was ok. Disappointing stay to say the least. Not the worst though but would not recommend.

Nice hotel
The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located in downtown. However, it's quite close to a railroad crossing, and on one occasion, several trains passed by, honking their horns, which kept us up at night. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room for added convenience.

Asked for a room change bc the first was so dusty, had food crumbs on the desk. Front desk was accommodating but the second room was not much better. If I could attached pix, I would. The charging ports were sticky and hairy! Please retrain HK to at least dust. I did appreciate the F&B voucher for a free cocktail. Upon check out, staff didn't even look up to acknowledge, ask how my stay was or thank. Disappointing experience.

It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location in Rapid City close to great restaurants and bars. It’s also very close to many national monuments/ parks and state parks. Parking is easy at this hotel and it’s very easy to access if you’re driving to it.

Front desk was nice! The fire pit outside was open to the public. Unfortunately us as hotel guests we were unable to use it. We were a little disappointed there wasn’t a mini fridge in the room. And when we first got into our room was super hot in the room. Called front desk sounds like the breaker trips regularly. Not sure I'd recommend the hotel.
