Excellent place to stay in Napier with a short walk to town. Very comfortable and spacious room with a fabulous spa bath to relax in. A very warm and friendly welcome and great service.

All shops and dining were in walking distance. The a/c worked really well. Laundry facilities were great. Safe and secure underground parking. Best of all the beach is straight across the road with a good playground for the kids. Dogs are allowed on the beach. Would definitely recommend this hotel with or without children.

We found the staff friendly and helpful. Location was great. Loved the view from the 5th floor. Quiet hotel. Close to town. Extremely comfy bed, nice linen.
