This is a large complex a few Km from the centre of Medjugorje with various facilities including rooms in individual 'houses' and a hotel annex - we had chosen a standard double room and were in the latter. It was quite a distance from reception and restaurant and had no facilities - nearest cup of coffee 5 minutes walk away since no kettles were provided in the room or anywhere else in the hotel block- and no visible staff in the building, which resembled a residential Marie Celeste throughout our stay. The room itself was large, clean and modern, but we did not find the bed comfortable. There was a large balcony with a small table on it, but the walls around it were so high it wasn't a pleasant place to be. The public areas of the hotel block needed more attention to cleanliness, with stacks of used room service plates, uncleaned bathrooms and floors that needed vacuuming throughout the duration of our one night stay. Restaurant had a varied menu, our experienced was mixed with a good steak but rather tough pork kebab and food over salted. The breakfast choice and quality was good though, and staff were helpful and friendly. We may have not been lucky with this stay and maybe it would be a different experience in the superior rooms in the individual buildings which are closer to the restaurant and do have their own drinks facilities apparently (we asked). As it was, not too expensive but the set up in the hotel annex is not satisfactory and I would not stay there again
