The first room we went in 112, right when we walked into the door we were hit in the face with a strong musty smell. From looking around, it may have been coming from the air vent. Thankfully there was another room available and the front desk was very nice about letting us switch to 106, which had a dehumidifier in it and did not smell.

I came down with family for a concert so we didn’t spend much time in the room but… Well.. our floor was wet and sticky, the room was very humid and uncomfortable. In the bathroom on the front of the vanity was dirty, black/red, questionable spots, and the bathtub did not drain.

Check in was flawless and fast room was big but run down the swing lock on the door was Broken so my daughter pushed a chair against it. Bar staff was very friendly and fast but it closed at 7. Maybe open the restaurant backup at a later time for a few hours when there’s an event happening in the stadium. Everyone was going to the pink concert.

We stayed here for a night, and things were alright. Its an older hotel that really could use some updating. Room and shared spaces like hallways were dirty, cobwebs and dust everywhere. Nice Staff and a comfy bed made it bearable.

Perfectly fine - 4/5 Stars
The staff was very friendly and attentive, both the front desk and the cleaning staff. The room was perfectly fine. Sheets and pillows were clean, mini fridge came with room, and it was fine. WiFi was good enough for my needs. The one thing I observed that wasn’t great were the stained carpets, mostly in the hallways but a little bit in the room. It appears to be a bit of a party hotel due to its proximity to local music venues and colleges, but the staff seem to do their best to minimize any unpleasantness from that stuff. So, it ain’t the Four Seasons, but it’s perfectly fine, the staff was very good and room was reasonably priced.

I'd stay again.
The breakfast buffet was great. I used the treadmill (they need sanitizer) space comfortable. Pool looked nice but I didn't use it. Room was 3rd floor my only complaint is area, for elevator/stairwell/and floor door ir rug flooring and smelled like possible dog urine. Rugs are stained but clean room was comfortable.

The overall vibe of this place just felt off to me. No natural light in the rooms because you are surrounded by a courtyard, the room felt damp (no idea) and there was a funky smell in my room. The staff were less than warm and welcoming and they make you pay $16 for a really typical breakfast that holiday inn would give you for free. It was close to the Xfinity center so it did for me what I needed it to do, but overall the vibe was unwelcoming and run down. Definitely do not recommend.

Just stayed one night when going to a concert nearby after a 5 hr drive to venue. Was a great getting ready to go have some fun and crash place while being very helpful and very clean and safe-feeling. And the luxury of a king bed is something I dream about from a twin xl.
