Ficamos 7 dias e colocaram a gente no pior quarto, vimos outros enquanto arrumavam e percebemos grande diferença, mesm sendo 2 camas de solteiro. Parece que uns quartos foram reformados e outros não. Parece q quem fica mais dias pega o pior! Enfim... lençóis bem velhos, finos e encardidos, instalações antigas, banheiro bem acabadinho, fechadura da porta com problema, frigobar velho. Pedimos a atendente da recepção o porquê de termos ficado nesse quarto sem reforma ja q iamos passar muitos dias, e ela foi rude e disse q so mudaria se alguma coisa tivesse sem funcionar. As funcionárias que arrumam os quartos sao simpáticas, somente elas. O cafe da manhã é fraco e repetido. O hotel fica numa boa localização porem tem muitos mendigos que dormem na calçada do hotel.

Cheguei antes do check-in (12h40) e tinha um passeio para fazer. ia apenas deixar as bagagens no hotel. e fui informada que nao poderia fazer isso. depois de uns 20 min outra atendinte muito simpatica (simone) acabou conseguindo um quarto. O espaco para o cafe da manha é insuficiente. saimos sem cafe pois está impossivel de lotado.

Podem melhorar no serviço ao quarto
A comunicação entre a recepção, não ey boa. O primeiro dia chamei na linha para solicitar toalha e não atenderam, tive que descer e pedir e ainda assim, nunca mandaram. Só o pessoal de limpeza me deu uma , por que comentei meu problema. E foi a única toalha que me deram em toda a estadia.

Camas em estados lamentável, limpeza deixa muito a desejar, lençóis sujos e manchados, travesseiros horríveis… a estrutura do hotel como um todo está em estado lamentável (banheiros e quartos). Em 5 dias de hospedagem passei por 4 quartos e ainda fiquei no “mais aceitável”, pois em um deles acordei a noite com o piso cheio de água do ar condicionado!

No geral foi uma boa estadia
Gostei da hospedagem. O hotel está em boas condições. Alguns pontos nos incomodaram, como um dos elevadores que fazia um barulho estranho quando subia. O café da manhã é ok, ficamos uma semana e não variou durante esses dias, mas dá pra se alimentar bem. No quarto que a gente ficou tinha uma escada, não sabíamos disso, acabamos ficando. Não foi ruim. No último dia tiraram as toalhas de banho, e quando pedimos outras falaram que estavam todas lavando. Tomamos banho somente com uma toalha. Os quartos são bem limpos, localização muito boa, apesar da grande quantidade de moradores de rua e pedintes nos arredores. É uma ótima opção para quem quer um lugar confortável e bem localizado com um preço bom.
