Annual Seawitch Festival sister trip.Our room was fine. Tiolet and Tub area was small. We appreciated the bathroom vanity area. 2 girls were able to get ready at the same time. Nice views of the ocean.

I like the location and the ocean view. The management should fire the workers who do not thoroughly clean the rooms. Found hair on the shower walls. The manager stated I should have called to have my room cleaned. WHAT the hell am I paying for? Unacceptable!!

The property location was the strong point, it is on the north tip of the boardwalk right on the beach. The center of Rehoboth Beaches main area was a short walk which was also a plus. The room, while it was a two room sweet, was a bit strange with one of the bedrooms in the main sitting area. Also, the bathroom was very small. Overall a good stay, but I would say a little pricey for the room.

Good beachfront location, but no beach visibility from our room, which was very disappointing. It wasn't disclosed in advance, only a description of a "standard room with 2 queen beds", but we had "parking lot" view. Also laminate floor felt sandy (and was noisy when I walked in slippers). Suspect the room had not been well swept or mopped. Beds were also uncomfortable - too soft for soar backs.

Wonderful to be right on the boardwalk. It was very windy though and our door was constantly making noises. My husband had to stuff the perimeter of door with paper to keep it quiet.

The beach is right outside our window!!! There's also a fantastic courtyard facing the ocean. This is really a beautiful place to experience Rehoboth Beach. Now, it could be expected that with such an awesome location, the property might not be in flawless shape - and it isn't. There is some disrepair, the doors don't shut easily, small things like that are not pristine. Then we go outside and all of that is forgotten. It's a great place to stay
