Room had dings in the walls, fishing missing from the furniture and all the fixtures were dusty. Woke up at 6amm with my room reeking of diesel fumes, probably from the trains that ran on the tracks across the street. The girl at the front had no interest in hearing about the fumes, so I just left. Won't be using Comfort Suites in the future.

Good for a one night stay
Ladies at check in were very helpful, they even replaced the remote for the TV which was not working when we got into the room. Room itself did not appear to be well vacuumed as one of my dogs kept finding stuff on the floor to try to eat. The area behind the toilet was not clean, silicone areas (at the seams, and the joint between the tub and granite) in the shower had mold. Couch needs repaired, there were sections split at the seams or frayed material. Carpet at the door entry to the room is coming loose/frayed. All of that was not a deal-breaker as the price was reasonable for the night, however in the morning as I’m taking the dogs to go outside one of the other rooms on our hallway had a guest that was smoking/vaping marijuana/THC causing the hallway to smell enough to make me nauseous. When my husband spoke to the front desk the man behind the counter’s only response was to state that weed is legal in New Mexico and that he could maybe attempt to try to figure out who it was but nothing really he could do about it. My husband pointed out again that it was a non-smoking hotel with little response from the front desk. An apology, or some sort of acknowledgment would have been nice.

honest review, not worth the $$ It’s nice that it’s indoor accessible, and breakfast is nice. The decorations are the most “expensive” thing there. The linens are clean, can’t complaint about them. The bed was nice. First room, toilet didn’t work, got accommodated to a double queen room. There are holes in the walls, trash on the ground, stains all over the carpet, and weird marks on the dresser.

We usually stay here when we go out to Gallup, which has been nice. Check in was not an easy thing; she couldn't split the bill into two payments-credit cards and yet I ended up with the whole bill deducted from my account and the other card only got charged a few cents!!! Check in staff was not very welcoming, like other stays nor was our check out any better. Need to have good customer service like the guy in the evening, he greets everyone who enters the facility.

Easy access from I40. Checkin staff made a mistake on my reservation and corrected their mistake but it took time. Hotel is worn. Needs a facelift. Room was clean, elevators and common areas not so clean.
