Wonderful stay
From the first warm welcome by reception staff to the final goodbye, our stay was just perfect. Our room was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast buffet was well organised, with staff checking and replenishing the tasty items on offer. This hotel is in an ideal location, short walk to the shops, restaurants, cathedral and station.

Great location
The hotel is in a great location It is just around the corner from the fabulous plaza full of bars and restaurants of every kind. The plaza is car free so very pleasant to dine outside. The car park beneath the hotel has very tight spaces but we managed. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a fantastic hotel right in the heart of everything! Great dinning options and close to all the sites. The rooms were good size and the bathroom was very big. Breakfast was fantastic as well. I definitely would stay here again! Also great view of the cathedral from the7th floor patio.

Staff was very friendly and the room clean. However, being in Reims center it is extremely noisy. And the noise level is very bad till 2am in the morning even on week nights

Room was awkward, no view, balcony was a glorified smoking section, coffee maker didn’t work, no phone and shower did not contain the water. Loved our time in Reims, but hotel was one of the worst we have stayed at in a long time.

The hotel was very good in all respects. Apart from only having paper cups in the room for tea or coffee. Also the small plastic containers of milk were not really expected in a 4 star hotel.
