The property was very well priced for a 3 night stay. We were welcomed on arrival. The room was simply furnished to meet our needs and requirements and was inviting. Even coathangers and very attractive hanging space was provided. Our room was serviced each morning. The morning breakfasts were excellent and very reasonably priced. However it would have helped if the desk lamp had worked as I had to use a computer in the evening for my ECU work. Thank you

Property was clean and although basic, had everything we required and expected of a budget hotel. There was quite a lot of noise in the night, not sure the source but was in the hotel itself. Guess to be expected in a city central location.

Good location but no hot water in the evening.
The hotel was in a very convenient location. The room was small but the bed was comfortable and it had the necessary amenities. the main downside was that there was no hot water on the Sat evening - i think this was because the hotel was very full but obviously the hot water system could not manage. it is not acceptable in a hotel to have a cold shower or no shower at the end of a long day. There was hot water in the morning.

The walls in my room were dirty. It looked like someone had shaken a can of soft drink and sprayed it on the wall and ceiling. The filters on the air conditioning unit were thick with grime and the mugs and spoons were dirty. Every time I left my room I had to get my key card reactivated at the front desk, luckily I was with another guest upon returning to the hotel as my card did not work.

Staff very kind and helpful, generous as well. Breakfast was cheap but so much variety and quantity! Room was cramped and hot, no way to heat or cool. Ok for an enroute overnight stay.

This hotel is in a convenient location but its on desperate need of renovations. Rings have almost no nose insulation and you can hear people sneezing next door and pretty much anything and everything that happens in the hallways. Good luck getting a decent night's sleep! The beds are comfortable though.

Good stay for the price. Good location, walking distance from King's Cross station. The beds are split mattresses and have a tendency to slide apart so you fall into a hole in the middle. Apart from that the beds are comfortable. The rooms are quiet in terms of street noise, but the internal walls are very thing and you will need ear plugs otherwise you can hear every conversation and movement in the corridor. Not the best ventilation in the rooms, there was a bit of a weird smell and the bathroom took a long time to dry. Cleaner's weren't that thorough and didn't wash the glasses or mugs.

Budget is all about this place. It's not the Hyatt but it's beautifully placed and clean and convenient to everything. We just wanted somewhere to sleep 1 night and it was perfect. We will come back. Make sure you book a car space if you're driving as spaces are limited.
