Steak house was exquisite. Too far to restrooms (esp. for handicapped guests) Carpets in rooms stained and filthy. No wheelchairs for handicapped. Price was reasonable, staff were pleasant and accommodating. Haven't been there in many years. The remodel is impressive. (Except for the room carpets.)

Very bad service from the receptionist!
When checking in, the receptionist was very non professional and completely unhelpful when I came back to ask her about my phone that I had lost. She blew me off very quickly and said that she had not seen it at all. Completely unprofessional.

We've stayed many times as hubby was a tech inspector at the Reno Air Races. No more races but up with family. The hotel provided a water bowl and a ball for our Buddy. And the proximity to the Marina Park was a big hit with great grandkids.
