The public spaces are beautiful, the rooms could be anywhere, but the desk staff twice gave me misinformation on travel. They didnt even know there was a rail station in town. Everything was priced....even the wifi.

Almost Excellent
It was excellent except for the toilet had not been cleaned and there was poop chunks on the toilet. I called the front desk to get someone to clean it and they kept telling me they were coming but, took way too long. To the point we had to go find a public toilet to use and cleaned it ourselves using whatever we could find to clean it. They did come while we were out and clean it but, it had been entirely too long at that point. Other than that I can’t say enough great things about the hotel. It exceeded my expectations in every way except for the poop on the toilet (so gross) . Even wit this incident, if I come back to C-ville I would stay there. Hopefully and isolated thing. I had to call the front desk 3 times trying to get someone to come.

Perfect location. Top of a pedestrian street with lots of restaurants and shops. Very nice lobby and restaurant/bar area. Rooms were clean. The only issue was our bathroom door--a pocket door that wouldn't close. Took about 10 tries each time to get the magnets to line up.

Great location
Awesome location with access to all shopping and restaurants you could want in the outdoor mall. Some entertainment options as well. Great lobby/bar/sitting area. Rooms are well decorated and would definitely stay again. I was only with my daughter but with 4 people room may have been tight but of course you will see that when you book and price was right for sure.

Checkin was smooth. Front desk folks were very kind and helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated for the holiday and the bar area is open, and lush. Bed is firm, and room is quiet. I Would stay here again if in the area.

It was a very nice room however we had to turn off the toilet because it was running and the noise made it difficult to sleep. Also the alarm clock went off at 6:00am. It was probably set by a previous guest. The staff was friendly
