Close to the LAX airport and the shuttle service is great. Please consider placing more staff to checking in and to check out. Lines and there was only one receptionist at times.

Shuttle bus alone deserves 3 stars. Very convenient and was always there - there was almost no wait time for both of my trips! The property was an older one, I booked it thinking it was Hilton and the photos did look spacious. Which is a perk with this hotel, I’ll give you that. Unfortunately everything that could’ve gone wrong with an older property did go wrong during my stay - 1) the room door didn’t unlock the first time, I had to drag my luggage down to reception to replace the door cards. 2) the shower switch required force, I had to call guest service to ask how to use it, and they assured me I just had to be aggressive. Overall, it was an ok stay, the airport shuttle made it an ok experience. Would I try a newer property next time I’m in the area? Probably.

We paid extra to have a view of the runway, and were instead given a room overlooking the pool. To top it off, the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. The head of both mattresses sloped downwards, so your feet were higher than your head. For the price we paid, I'm pretty disappointed.
