This was the BEST location for our stay in Reykjavik. The rooms were old and basic, but comfortable enough. The location was outstanding. Most walking tours were steps from the front door. Restaurants and shopping were all very close. Would recommend!

Just lovely
Amazing, e we arrived late from our flight, walked to the hotel, checked in and hopped into bed. The trip from gate to bed was 10 minutes, what a treat. We had the breakfast option, what an amazing buffet. It will rank as the best buffet I’ve ever seen. I’ll be back.

The hotel is in an amazing location, you certainly can't fault that. Check in was smooth once a room was available, simply went to find things to do before the room was available so no issue with check in. The room is, cheap but cheerful. I felt like I was in a university room, it didn't feel cosy or warm, it felt very basic. The light switches on entrance to the room were partially broken. I'd keep an eye on the cleaning too, certainly were signs of the previous occupants. My friends staying in other rooms found their showers flooded the bathroom, 3 different rooms, fortunately mine did not. Breakfast was reasonable, I only went for coffee and a snack whilst waiting for friends to go out for breakfast. I'd stay again based on the location, but now I know how easy it is to walk the town I would probably look at other hotels in other locations too.

Great location and very friendly. We arrived early from the airport after an overnight flight, and they offered us an early check-in that included the buffet breakfast for 2 for 35 euros.

Great Breakfast Buffet!
Hotel was wonderful. The included breakfast buffet was one of the best I have seen and the staff were extremely helpful. The location is also in walking distance of many local attractions. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. One minor nit. There were no USA style 110 volt outlets in the room, so because to take a European outlet adapter and/ or voltage converter if needed. There was a single USB A port next to the bed.

It's a convenient location and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are fairly plain, but comfortable. The morning breakfast buffet is terrific with a wide variety of food selections. Overall, it's a good option when staying in Reykjavík and we'd be happy to stay there again on a future visit.

This hotel was in the city center, well located for everything. Picking it from the internet can be a surprise some times, however this was a great one. Thanks.

Very central... Close to important roads in Rekjavik. Steps away from a parking lot in case of car rental. Lots of restaurants around. We got a complimentary drink upon arrival and also breakfasts.
