I didn’t care for the bedding. The sheets could be softer and nicer blankets/bedspread. Also it was difficult to sleep through the night because the AC/heater unit and refrigerator kept coming on and both were pretty loud.

The day after I & my family kicked out of the property middle of the night and 2 hours drive to find other expensive place to sleep, I got the following mail from the expedia. I'm still sure either of them are lying to me. *** Dear Valued Partner, We apologize for the inconvenience you had while visiting the property. This email is to inform you that We spoke to the hotel after you told us that the hotel could not find your booking. We spoke to Mr. Victor from the front desk who admitted their mistake that their system could not update this booking which is they could not let you check-in. We have taken this feedback of the hotel to ensure that valuable traveler like you do not face this again. Serviceable no-frills stay
Good for a one-night stay, clean and well-kept with few frills. Breakfast was serviceable with cereal, oatmeal, and pancakes with hard-boiled eggs and yogurt. Milk was in a 1-gallon jug instead of individual containers. Room was clean but could use some rugs to cover up the tile floors. Even though the hotel was next to the freeway it was quiet.

Exhaust in the bathroom not working, sewer for bathtub clogged (slow draining) had to stop shower few times to let water drain. But breakfast was good. Room stinks, feels like someone smoke in the room in the past. Hotel needs remodeling.

I DID NOT STAY THERE. I made the reservation, but once I arrived, I was I was informed by staff they did NOT have a room for me because I had a dog WHICH I HAD noted when making the reservation. It was very inconvenient, and I emailed hotel.com last night to let them know the reservation was useless since they had not room for me.

Walked into lobby, there is some kind of smell to the place, it reeks. Since I can't get a refund I just had to check in. The room was ok after getting use to the smell. My heater/cooler had broken louvers and the air was just blowing into the drapes. Room was pretty much clean. The person checking me in had an accent that I couldn't understand. By hand jestures he directed me towards my room. The continental breakfast was not to my liking so I just got a cup of coffee. My vehicle was sprayed with the lawn sprinklers. Not a pleasant experience. I probably will not stay there again.
