While there was a hiccup with my room on the first day, it was handled quickly and professionally. I travel to Richmond, VA 5-6 times a year and I think I've found my go-to hotel.

Really nice stay over Christmas
Once again, they made sure our room was right and our needs were met comfortably. The sofa bed provided a wonderfully good sleep, as reported by the one who slept in it.

Toilet ran all night. On site staff were not able to replace the valve to stop it. No other remedy was offered other than maybe receiving points to my account. Not sure why a facilities person was not called to make the repair. That should not be the responsibility of the front desk

Good room. Not good WIFI.
We enjoyed the suite. The pool was small, but warm and well kept. We were disappointed that you could only get into the WIFI if you paid for it, or became a member. That would have been good information to have before we booked.
