No Room for me
Was traveling to VA for a wedding from PA, 6hr drive. Arrived at hotel to learn there was no room for me. Front desk acted confused until I showed him the email conf then he informed me they were overbooked and my reservation was cancelled. 2 hours before event I had no ROOM or nothing. Thanks for NOTHING

My gf and i stayed here for 2 nights . Friday - Sunday morning. We got into our room (i came first and she came later on) we checked the bedding and the sheets, covers, mattress etc were FILTHY . stains everywhere. all over the carpet and orange odd stains on the bed. we asked for new bedding friday and didn’t get anything until saturday. in the midst of getting new bedding my gf went to take a shower and the tub head fell off. she called and i’m guessing maintenance came . he wasn’t even in the room for 5 minutes and claimed to have “fixed” the tub and literally not too long after he left, my gf went to turn it on and it fell off again and water splashed all over the place . so we couldn’t even bathe properly or sleep comfortably due to dirty bedding and a broken shower . the new bedding we received had holes in them, cigarette burnt marks, & once again odd stains all on them but they claimed they were “clean” . we asked the person before he left (that came to “fix” the shower) if we could switch rooms and he got very upset, rude, and defensive. and they basically did not want to give us a new room. the grab-bar in the shower was also broken & coming apart from the wall. the halls reeked of urine and weed. nothing in the hotel worked. fridges broken, showers broken, elevators broken, poor customer service, and so much more. they had many other complaints by other people during our stay as well. so it’s not just us.

So I left my charger box at home and my phone went dead. I went down to the office to see if I can use their charger, and they claim, they didn't have a phone who doesn't have a cell phone. They was rude and didn't help me at all

Really poor service
I had to wait for checkin. After waiting I reminded clear I was still there. She left the counter. When she came back she said it would be even longer unless I took a room on fourth floor, no elevator. I can’t climb stairs with luggage so I asked for cart. No cart, no help. After 30 minutes I got ground floor room. Clerk was nonchalant and accent so thick I could not understand her BED in romm 155 horrible. Old lumpy

Worst hotel I ever been in my life
It was not clean people doing drugs in the hallway. Door was not secure. Someone will live in the room that they gave us and they did not know it. Half of the building is boarded up. All the room smelled bad and was not clean. Elevator did not work stairway was dirty Lot of people hanging out outside with homeless people selling and doing drugs very unsafe place to have your family

Property was nothing like its pictures on website. Extremely disappointed in the whole hotel experience. Room was not clean dirty pillowcases. Entrance to the hotel was not secured it was left open. When coming back from dinner pulled up and there was a man on sidewalk pants down urinating. Later was woken up with some female yelling to some guy how she wanted her money he owed her more money. It agreement went on for sometime. No phone in room to call front desk so i called 911. I know we could have left but i would not havengotten my money back so we stuck it out but did not feel safe at all. I do not recommend this hotel. From here on out i will be more careful in choosing a hotel.

The property looked abandoned when we arrived. Staff barely spoke to us and seemed inconvenienced by us being there. We booked a non smoking room and it reeked of smoke, there were also cigarette burned in the sheets. The toilet seat was painted and wobbly, the shower sprayed everywhere, leaving a soft spot on the ceiling above it. There were two doors to the room, one of which was completely useless from the outside and the lock on the inside of the room was broken off. Vending machine didn’t work, and the ice machine didn’t work. We killed multiple bugs inside the room and I took pictures of the holes in the walls and the blood on the walls. I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone and I plan on writing another review on the actual quality inn site as well.

There is a sign on the property that after Aug 2025 the part of the building is not safe The price is low but I would not stay there if after looking at the condition it was offered as a free stay. Don't let the pictures fool you

I didn't last even half an hour here. I checked in and discovered my room had a steady tub faucet leak, not a drip, but a stream, which made the whole room hot and humid. The latch lock was broken, and the pillowcases were stained. I requested another room and the hotel said there was no other rooms for us, so we had to leave. The hotel staff also lied and told expedia that they offerred us another room when they explicitly told us they were full. Only stay here if you have no other options.

On the internet the property and the rooms where beautiful. Once we arrived the room they gave us first had not been cleaned, dirty towels on the floor. So we called to front desk and thwy switched us to another room. We went down to front desk that not, thwy said we had to call maintenence. They next morning after not having a TV all night, the manager and maintenence guy came up and switched out the TV. In the bathroom it look like mold on the ceiling in the tub area. Our experience with this facility was not good. I wish i could send pictures.
