The staff was unbelievably rude. They tried to overcharge me twice and then kept my deposit after leaving I suppose due to the multiple confrontations I had with management over questionable charges. The pool was disgusting and was told by several regular guests it stays that way. Television and Wi-Fi are off of mini satellite boosters of some kind....so don't plan to stay in.
I had over double charging,
My wife tripped over a worn out mat in the hallway and injured her hip. Staff refuse to acknowledge it. We were there 11 days through the Labor Day weekend. The pool was so green you could not see the bottom the entire time. When asked each day we received one deceptive response after another. The staff is generally rude and dismissive. We have been traveling for the last 2 years off and on and if never failed to receive a deposit back on the rare occasion when was required. They kept ours claiming that the room was in bad shape, this is the funniest thing I've ever heard. After questioning a few locals in the area I came to understand that they stolen deposit is a regular informal policy with them. You pretty much check in there knowing you will not receive it so you should just add that to the total cost of your stay when considering motels. Recent remodeling was done I understand. They merely painted over the already builder grade one piece fiberglass tub and showers and it was peeling the whole time we were there as well as the ceiling above. There complimentary breakfast is not free but added to the daily cost and I strongly urge you to consider eating elsewhere. In all I find it hard to believe that this particular location is included in the repertoire that represents choice motels worldwide.

I would give zero stars except the housekeeping staff treated me well. This is the dirtiest nastiest flagged hotel I have ever stayed in. Stained tub, broken faucet, cockroaches. Carpet practically had a chalk outline of a corpse; well if it was clean enough to be seen! Still though, the staff were kind to me and my dog.

The room was moldy I had to ware a face mask to try to get sleep but couldn’t also there’s was no cold water came out of the faucet on extreme hot water told the front desk about it wouldn’t address the issues .. red spotted sheets and towels the iron was rusted and the ironing board was very old I only slept on top of the covers I was traveling from California
I did not like the cleanliness of the property. As soon as I walked in my room I went right back to the office and asked if I was given a room that had not been cleaned yet. The lady in the office looked at me like I was crazy and said what’s wrong. I asked to change rooms and she just said she would send housekeeping. When I showed housekeeping some of the issues I had she stated that it was all maintenance related. So nothing was done to fix my concerns.
