The staff is great but the hotel rooms have mildew. My wife had a severe allergic reaction almost immediately upon entering. They moved us to another room with the same issue. The rooms were not clean. The lamp had a massive stain on it. There was a wall with interesting splatters on it. Again, the staff was great but the rooms were no good.

Yikes.
House keeping never came a single time. We were there for 4 days. We asked. Nope. They forgot all 4 days. They came at 4 pm one day to ask if they could clean. We had been gone from our room all day and then asked to clean at 4pm. Check in was slow. Breakfast was not good. My sone got sick from the breakfast burritos

Pros: Staff was amazing especially Sarah! Sarah (front desk) gets a 5 star alone. Also the rooms are spacious Cons: The dirtiest hotel I have stayed at EVER. I had to change rooms because my first one was marked clean and there was LITERALLY blood everywhere (I took pics to send to corporate ) my next room was still dirty but it had no blood so I was thankful for that. Building is ran down and old needs a lot replaced
