This is our fifth visit to the Jefferson and it has never failed to be anything but comfortable and a classy weekend. They always take great care of us, even when Richmond was battling a boil water edict due to issues at the Water facility. Fortunately the boil water restrictions were lifted Saturday at noon, just in time for the Sunday Champagne Brunch. Which we highly recommend if you get the chance. Overall, It was because of the Hotel’s high attention to detail that the water issues caused no real concern and we look forward to our next visit.

My wife and I stayed here to catch a comedy show for our anniversary at the Altria Theatre. The theatre was within walking distance (8-10 min walk). We arrived to find easy parking, very friendly and courteous staff, and super clean hotel. Even during a snow storm everything was very clean. The room did not disappoint either. Very large room, bed was comfortable, and did I mention… clean?! I hate dirty bathrooms when I stay in a hotel. I felt like you could eat off of the floor here! We got room service for breakfast. Right on time… The food was hot, delicious, and filling. I would 100% recommend staying here again. Everything was too notch.

Beautiful hotel in a convient to museums. The hotel provides shuttle service. I would highly recommend the hotel. The food and services were excellent.

Beautiful hotel but it was very unfortunate that due to snow storm we had no water during our stay. We were told that was going to be restored between 4-6 hours but it never happened.

The VIP upgrade process went very well. Rooms were spacious and nicely appointed with nice amenities. The only problem was the cold air leakage from the closed windows near the bed — unfortunately the heavy drapes did not fully block out the cold air. The room was a little unevenly heated — warmero in some spots. Otherwise the upgraded rooms were a very nice perk and staff was very supportive and kind. Valet system re car can be done on your phone which is a nice convenience.

What an absolutelyI’m experience! I love everything about the Jefferson! They even had things I would’ve never thought of like a TV embedded in the mirror at the vanity in the bathroom. This was a five star hotel in every sense of the word! Would love to visit again on my next trip to Richmond. Bravo!

Couldn't get reservations to tea or dining. The casual reservation had no options for my vegan needs. Had to get room service. It wouldn't be a problem for you to have plant based cheese and butter available. I do appreciate the oat milk. Im sure your food carries plant based options There are more and more of us getting tick diseases like Alfa Gal which limits food options such as dairy. The rooms are wonderful but slippery in shower. Maybe grab bars would help
