Enjoyable as long as not in room

Resort was amazing with a lot to do. Enjoyed all the amenities. The carpet and tile in the room was very dirty. The ceiling in the bathroom had black mold and was peeling. Shower had mold all through it. Wish the rooms would have been nicer. The resort was very clean through out. No t Trash laying around and nicely taken care of, so shocked by the condition of the room.

lots to do

there are several pools around all of Big Cedar that you can use. We liked the unit but just wish we'd picked a slightly cooler time. It was HOT! The unit was nice and worked out for us. The pull out hideabed was pretty uncomfortable but my 12 year old and 8 year old did just fine. Our bed was very comfortable.

Great place for a family vacation.

We had a wonderful family vacation with clean, comfortable rooms close to each other. We had a great time at the pools, FunMountain, the beach and lake, the putt putt golf course, an outdoor movie night, and much more. The shuttle system with the app is fantastic. Very little wait time.

Comfy and clean!!

Comfortable, clean condo and a quiet location. Beautiful area with many amenities such as walking, golf and only one pickleball court though. Very good restaurants, but spendy as is the condo. Iā€™ll be back though as this suits our ideas of relaxation.

Wonderful but wish we could have had a higher floor with view

The property is very nice. We requested the Phoenix Bldg that overlooks the property but got a lower level with orange fencing as our view. Was a little disappointed since we were celebrating a 60th birthday and it was a very special occasion. We were told it was the last and only one available.

Excellent stay

I had read the mixed reviews and was a little concerned about staying. The check in process was super easy. The staff was very nice. We stayed in a one bedroom condo. It was perfect for our family of 4. My teenagers slept on the pull out sofa. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The layout of the bathroom as set up where the sink and tub are in the bedroom and then in another room there is another sink and shower with a separate entry. That way the other guest arenā€™t coming through the bedroom to go to the bathroom and shower. The big cedar amenities are awesome! We stayed 4 nights and could have very easily never had to leave the lodge and had plenty to do on-site the entire stay. We never had an issue with parking. Yes the condo was well used, but our unit was clean. Our family had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. I canā€™t say enough wonderful things about the staff at the Wilderness Club.

Big Cedar always a great place

We've been to Big Cedar several times over the years. It never fails to impress. The staff from top to bottom are always professional, pleasant and accommodating. Tons of things to do for the whe family.
