Very good area, close to Philadelphia airport. Large and very clean room. Standard American breakfast, very good. The only downside is the deposit amount, which is much higher than the average charged by other hotels.

The room was quiet and comfortable but basic. I wish it had been cleaner. Nice that coffee, etc. was available all day. I was not happy that they charged me 3x for the $250 deposit (they did ultimately refund it, 3Xs); never got a proper explanation as to why.

There was spider webs in the room. Staff was rude. Staff was serving themself breakfast before clients. No bread at breakfast for over an hour. We were told that it’s frozen and that we had to wait. I was asked in a rude manner to clean up after myself because I forgot to pick up a cup from the counter. We asked for towel in the morning and we only got them in the evening after we called and went down to reception. The room was never cleaned for seven days even when we requested cleaning it multiple times …etc

Bad night at Mircrotel
Total chaos when checking in. No one knew which rooms where clean or dirty. People were receiving keys and coming down saying the room was dirty and uncleaned from previous occupant. Waiting over an hour and a half to get our room along with a full lobby of people waiting. Then we got a key and entered an occupied room, which is terrible. The next room was clean and fine but the delay and experience could have been a lot worse had the people in the occupied room been present when we opened the door.

The carpeting in the hallway and bedroom was stained and dirty, and in desperate need of replacing. We stayed here because we needed one night near the airport between flights, so we did not have a car. There was no decent place near to get a meal. I would not return.

Good value for the money. We stayed 4 nights, and the breakfast selections varied each day, which was nice. The airport shuttle was broken, so they shared it with a neighbouring hotel, for no interruption in service. Had great chats with the drivers each day. Will stay here again if we come back to Philly.

Rooms are standard but clean. They offer a shuttle to/from airport , but it’s not reliable. Waited over an hour and called 2 times. Had to make other arrangements to get from airport.

Overall, good for the value. Neighborhood is quiet, not much around. Walls were pretty thin and beds were firm (not too bad, but definitely firm).

Our experience was pleasant. The receptionist was professional while dealing with new arrivals, customers questions (re: tv), phone, (last minute shuttle service), computer issues (slow) and radio housekeeping staff for room service. She Definitely has great multitasking skills. Our 1st room was not to our expectations, and she quickly made changes while maintaining calm. Am breakfast staff was just as efficient and professional. i will recommend and stay here again.

Disappointed with pick up from airport. Driver was in a different hotel van and the dispatch did not tell us that. the drive sat there for five minutes in front of us and we were the onlyu people there. He never openned the window and asked if we were waiting for a pick up. This was at 12:30 am. We had to call twice to get him to acknowledge us. Then when I questioned his actions, he asked if we really wanted a ride to the hotel. That kind of tone was unacceptable.
