Property sent us to an uncleaned room first, the 2nd one they sent us has clogged toilet. We called the next morning at 7ish, not the very same evening just to be considerate, the front office said she would send maintenance to fix it, like 30 Minutes later, no one came up, we called again, she told us maintenance staff starts at 9, we asked if we cannot go to the bathroom until then?! She said she will check to see if someone else is available. We called again like 10 minutes later, she said someone is coming SOON without giving us a specific time, eventually someone came around 8:30am, very unresponsive in dealing with the issues.

The bathroom smells sour and the ac smells too if crank higher. Lots of molds around the toilet and sink crevices. Beds are good. I have to sanitize the toilet seat and cover before using and counters too. Could have been a nice hotel if properly cleaned.

The Microtel was super clean, had a very pleasant smell, and had a friendly staff. My room was well put together. There were small signs of information placed around the room which was very helpful. The hotel was quiet and subtle. Parking was super easy since the parking lot was very spacious. I really enjoyed my stay at the Microtel. I'll be booking again soon.

Leticia at the front desk was awesome. I needed a quiet room and she knew exactly where to put me. I was tired after a long day and she was funny and friendly and simply made the check in process a delight. I work across the bridge in NJ often and will definitely book this hotel again. Not good, stayed three nights, internet did not work two days. Noisy with road noise and don't get a room near the elevator if you are a light sleeper. Good price but not as advertised.
