Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated having a fridge, coffee, and tea in the room. Also liked the online system to request items. The hotel was very close to the station. Loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel located in a central area in Bern. About a 5 minute walk to the train station. Rooms are small but doable, especially for a night or two. Coffee and tea are free in the lobby. You can also purchase a glass of wine or make any drink available for an extra fee. Right next to an amazing coffee shop with fantastic muffins. Also 7 minutes away from a cool cocktail bar called Department 66. Would stay again!

Had a great stay

Nice, clean hotel right on the river. We arrived late and left early so didn’t experience much of the town, but we walked to a restaurant and it did seem like it would be a very nice place to stay. Mixed reviews on the pillows from my group. If you like soft, down pillows, you’ll have the best sleep of your life. If you need some substance to support your neck, you’re going to have a problem here.

Great and comfortable room. Staff are friendly and there is a free parking which was very helpful. It is also close to the old city.

Excellent hotel, great breakfast, Anna at the desk speaks multiple languages, free luggage storage close to train station. My daughter and I had a great time! Oh and lots of hot water!
