Expensive parking, additional council tax. Room is not great a bit old and the water pressure is low. Our room phone is not working have to call a service desk to get someone to fix it. Our room key (2x) is not consistently working and have to go down and to the front desk which is super annoying. I will never recommend the hotel, too pricey but poor quality

Staff friendly, onsite restaurant bit limited in terms of menu options but staff were friendly. Rooms were noisy and not what you’d expect for a Sheraton. It was more motel than hotel

It's a outdated hotel. Hallway ruff carpet is hard pull the luggages. Found Cockroach on the floor on the hallway. Bathroom is floor and not clean..you can see the dirt all corners. It was nearly impossible to contact them over the phone. Key drop off for express exit was easy. Swimming pool was great and restaurant is open between 2pm-5pm.
