They should change the towels in the room. The color is greyish. The WIFI speed is terribly slow. I am not downloading a movie. I am just doing the normal office work, checking email only.

O atendimento do pessoal da recepção foi impecável, são muito solícitos e gentis. Na verdade, toda a equipe do hotel é excelente - as moças da limpeza são ótimas, rápidas e muito eficientes; o pessoal da cozinha é extremamente simpático. A localização do hotel é ótima, com um shopping bem em frente. As acomodações são boas e limpas. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar e recomendo a todos!

Quarto limpo. Mas o ar condicionado não era compatível com a metragem quadrada do quarto, o que não permitia que o quarto gelasse. Além disse , o colchão era muito mole. Pedimos pra que fizessem a troca mas não mudou nada porque o colchão que colocaram pra substituir era igual. Fora isso, o café da manhã é razoável e a localização do hotel é ótima
