Experience was not great, the AC didn’t work and it was hot all night, there were gross stains on the furniture and carpet, and the room was near the elevator and made extremely loud noises all night long, so loud I could hear them despite wearing ear plugs. Very disappointed and not sure I’ll stay in a holiday inn again anytime soon.
