Check in was easy and the room was clean. However, the door to the room felt very flimsy and the deadbolt did not work. Because the doors were so thin, it was easy to clearly hear the people in the next room talking and cursing loudly. It all just felt a bit unsafe. The treadmill in the fitness room did not work properly and the room was not well equipped at all. Breakfast was adequate, but more fruit options would have been nice and the coffee was not quickly replenished when it ran out.

We were given a room for someone with physical disabilities. This wasn't a problem until you realize the shower head is mounted around 5 feet, not good for someone 6 feet tall. It was removable so a shower could be accomplished. We booked the room in August and stayed in November, so plenty of time to get a normal room. The toilet seat was broken and moved if you shifted your weight in the slightest, to the point of concern. The hotel had a very strong odor of cleaning solutions making us question what other odor is being covered up. The bathroom exhaust fan light fixture was starting to fall out of the ceiling. Tile in the bathroom was starting to pull away from the wall. These things should be proactively addressed so customers do not need to. We stayed two days so we didn't complain, maybe a mistake. The place had great parking and the two ladies that greeted me upon check in went above and beyond the call of duty. I wasn't going to complain but being I was asked to review the property I felt obligated to be honest.

We're starting to have troubles booking with Expedia in the handoff between Expedia and the hotel. This is the second consecutive book plagued by miscommunications between Expedia and the hotel. In this instance, two queen beds were booked through Expedia. The hotel got a reservation specifying one King. The hotel was sold out and could not accommodate a change. Not good.

The doors on the rooms were not fit properly to seal. It had a huge gap where light & noise could get in/out. As a disabled female traveling alone, it was scary to hear someone in the next room cough & it sounded as if they were in bed with me! I keep my laptop on for sound-it helps me sleep- but was woken at 3AM to tell me it was disturbing other people!! I lowered it & was told again it was too loud!! The sound on a normal laptop is not that loud. When I said I lowered it again & they came back to tell me it was still too loud, I told them I could barely hear it & this was nonsense!! I have a hard time walking & was in a lot of pain from driving. I stopped, as I did at a previous hotel in NY, so I could take my pain medication & rest, & I told the manager this. The next knock was the police, stating that I had to leave!!!!! I told them I could not drive & at first they stated they would get me an ambulance & then said I COULD NOT GET ONE!!!!!! I said I would need one because I am unable to drive on these meds & was then told I could stay if I TURNED OFF THE TV BECAUSE IT WAS DISTURBING OTHER GUESTS!!!!! A LAPTOP IN THE ROOM I HAD PAID FOR!!!!! I WAS TREATED HORRIBLY BY ALL INVOLVED AS A DISABLED PERSON & AS A FEMALE TRAVELING ALONE!!!!!!

Staff that I encountered was not very friendly. As soon as we got there, we informed staff that the toilet was not functioning properly. We were handed a plunger to deal with the issue ourselves. This was notna great experience and didnt meet the expectations.
