The toilet was broke and was to late for anyone to fix and the person at the desk had no idea how to give us another room. Spend a couple bucks more and stay at one of the nicer ones.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Loss of power(not their fault), but no effort made to help the people that were locked out, or God forbid back up generator. The hotel right across the street had power because they had a back up generator.
Also had a loss of water. Pretty inconvenient when you can’t flush a toilet.
After a bad experience at the last motel we stayed at on our trip, we were very pleased with the Red Roof Inn. Our room was comfortable and stocked with towels and our TV worked well. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Liked: Staff & service
Staff was excellent! Room was ok, no worse than Hampton Inn.
Upon arriving noticed entry way and downstairs amenities were outdated and not very bright or clean looking, big bright fish tank but no fish in it , rooms were average but unfortunately not real clean lots of hair on floors sink and bathtub. Lots of patches on walls and great view of what must of been an old unground swimming pool which was filled with dirt but still has the concrete walkway around it . We lost water pressure which we were later told was the city was repairing a waterline which is understandable however I had to walk down and ask about this because when I called from the room phone it didn’t work only to find out it wasn’t plugged in to the wall connection because it was broken hanging out of the wall , thank goodness we had no emergency and needed to call 911
Checked in and could tell right away the place was not maintained at a great level place looked outdated floors were dirty doors made noise went opened got to the room, lots of hair around sink and then bathtub and on floor. Very disgusting didn’t seem to be clean very well bedroom comfortable in rooms just looked aged, but did have a great view of the swimming pool out the window. But unfortunately, it was filled with dirt not something very appealing
This particular red roof was outdated, dirty, looking just looked aged rooms, were not the cleanest upon arrival very noticeable hairs on countertops and sink and bathtub no view, except for the old swimming pool, which was filled with dirt, but still had to Concrete walkway around it. Also, the next morning had no water pressure could not shower or flush the commodes, but was told the city had a water line break due to a storm. They were repairing no plan or ideas on what to do or suggested just told sorry very disappointed. Should’ve spent a 30 or $40 extra to get a better hotel spent almost $200 each for three rooms but they weren’t worth $300 total so I take it as a loss of $300
Got there at 11 pm with a toddler . Of course they had no power . And evidently don’t have any back up generator. The holiday inn across the street had power so they wouldn’t let us check into the room with no power . So we had no choice but to go next door and get a room. Of course they wouldn’t give a refund or anything we were just sol . So needless to say I’ll never stay at a red roof in again. We got in the next day after having to go next door . No towels or pillows in the room. They didn’t have any … and none of the outlets worked . Terrible water pressure. Overall terrible experience.
Checking in there were no towels or face clothes provided. After reporting the to the main desk twice there were none provided. Bathroom was dirty and not cleaned.

Power went off for about 30 min during stay. Was so excited for the breakfast because there was nothing in the area other than Waffle House and fast food. Breakfast had nothing gluten-free friendly.
Hotel put us in an already rented room. Tv did barely work and hotel kept losing power due to faulty fuses. Breakfast was presented in a form of stale bagels, bread and old cereal.
I’m really disappointed that one poor woman was alone all weekend to manage all the guests up front, and the kitchen in the morning for breakfast. There was no one at the front desk while she was busy with A LOT of guests to feed. I’ll say this much, she did really need very job feeding everyone and was super pleasant while she worked. There were several guests that were trying my patience and she was kind to everyone.
I was taken aback when she said, “come see us again”, because we may not. While she was delightful, this hotel could do a lot better in terms of amenities and service. The bed was awful, the air conditioning was
mediocre and had to be cranked all night to cool the room properly, but the fan was ridiculous loud. Neither one of us slept well. The “nailed to the wall”dispensers feel like public restrooms rather a comfortable cozy place to stay the night with my husband.

Disliked: Amenities
Very worn out property, bathroom fixtures, tub/shower needs replaced.
Ibooked 2 rooms and theToilet was leaking water from the back on 1 of them and the other room only one lamp was working, i told them at the front desk and their solution was giving me towels to put on the floor. Not satisfied with my stay at all,
