I love staying at Little America for the spacious clean comfortable rooms. The only service hiccup was that the front desk did not refill the shampoo dispenser after I called to ask for a refill. The next morning was much better. The staff at the grill were courteous and nice. Breakfast was a bison buger and a side. 2 thumbs up!

Will never stay here again. I had arrived after 10 PM or so and I was set back on the fourth building by the pool. The staff was OK but when I had went to get some food two older men because I was from a different state had told me to get the F out of Wyoming and go back where I came from and proceeded to follow where my car was going. It was a long walk to the same hot grill from my room. After driving down, I noticed that they had turned back and I went inside to order my food. I purchased a drink with the cashier white male with beard inside the gas station and he had asked me where I was coming from. I said from the Midwest, but I'm heading back to my state and he said oh we don't like you people here because all you do is take our land and all this other crap as an employee I would think that you'd be more professional by working at a gas station. As my food was done, I hopped back inside my car and proceeded to drive back to my room. Tell me why those two men were still standing outside saying racial slurs. I didn't know what room they were in and it was pointless to call the front because it's pitch black and there's only one person working at the desk. As I parked, I got so scared that I had to move the chair in front of the door because I was so scared that those men were going to come and find me in my hotel room. Barely got any sleep. Didn't go to sleep until 1:30 AM. Woke up at five and I left out of there so fast and I told the front desk that this is not OK.

Rooms are older and dated, but well kept, clean, and in proper working order. Is planned for renovation or a new hotel. No complaints. Staff was all friendly.

I understand they are renovating and need to continue to trade, but the block we were allocated due to having pets was terrible! There was a strong smell of burnt plastics and possibly glues and silicone. I had such a terrible headache overnight. There was plenty of space elsewhere and they didn’t even mention the building works on check in or discount that block. When I told the receptionist at checkout, she was so unequipped to have a conversation about it. They should shut down a block at a time for renovations and not allocate people to an active building site. The grounds were lovely and it was also fine to manage moving around the renovations to the communal areas, but don’t wait for people to find out they are sleeping in an active building site until after they have checked in and made it all the way to the end of the property. The smell was so bad.

Nice place but old facility

This location is a nice place to stay if you are road-weary and need to get some sleep. The decor is directly out of the 50s/60s and is BADLY in need of an upgrade.

Good stay

The stay was great. The room smelled as though it may have been a smoking room at one time. Clean sheets and pillows. The room was clean. Perfect for my stay. Late checkout at 11am. I needed the extra sleep from the road.
