Just stayed overnight due to flight issues. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were very welcoming. The water pressure in the shower was incredible!
I’d stay there again anytime.
This business was not very helpful after being caught behind flood waters and couldn’t make our destination. There was no flexibility with either a partial refund or change of date.
We had booked 3 rooms, all were disgusting. Bedsheets hadn’t been changed stains all over the beds and the floors and the bathrooms didn’t have hot water. We felt unsafe. We felt disgusting. We hopped straight back in the car put the keys in the return key box and left straight away.

Nice clean place.
Its becoming a bit tired and dated.
Used to stay here regularly with work 10-15 years ago, and not a lot has changed since then.
Although not requiring it, i was put in room 1 which is a more disabled ftiendly room with great rails around the shower and toilet, and a tiled in sit down spot in the shower nook.
Few families staying maybe longer term on the top level, and the constant thump of kids running up and down the stairs gets a bit gnarly.
Nice easy check in and out, and plenty of food and general shops within a 100m walk.
The remote had been stolen by the previous guests. While the manager and I were looking for the remote we found a condom under the bed. The bench tops were dirty and that night when the light was on I saw lava crawling in the light shade. The bedspreads were dirty.
The beds were comfortable with clean sheets and our room was quiet.
Hot water service was not working the first morning and when I got back it was still cold was moved to a different room. Both rooms were well over due for refurbishment.
The carpets were dirty and the paintwork on the doors was worn away

Very old. Needs a paint. Shower was good, pity about shower curtain.
When my sister arrived before me, they called me to confirm for security. They then upgraded us a day earlier than asked for, at no extra charge. Special mention to Sonia For her service and care during our stay. Also to the room service staff. They made our stay very pleasant. Thank you.
They would have got 4 stars from me only that the microwave was left dirty and we had to clean it to use it.
The was a dirty towel left under the sink in the bathroom and the soup for the shower was on the other side of the room.
The staff were friendly, for being near a main road, there wasn't much road noise at all.
Beds were comfortable and the rooms well kept, could do with a freshen up and new carpet though.
