We rented 3 rooms- the sink in each was clogged and barely drained. One floor was damp and very slippery. We dried it with towels, and they were black when we finished. Bedding was dirty and our door did not latch. On top of all that, I’d booked and paid through Expedia. The hotel’s computer kept giving them a message that my card had been declined for one of the 3 rooms. I spent an hour in the lobby on the phone with Expedia in the presence of hotel staff to prove I’d paid. Staff members were friendly enough, but this was a horrible hotel experience.

The shower didn't work the bathroom floor and surfaces were slimy. It smelled like mildew. Office guy came and sprayed my room with air freshener and mopped the bathroom floor and brought towels that were not already in the room told me I need to leave the fan running for the AC unit and that's why it smelled. There were bugs in the room. 10/10 would not stay here again

I dont think a tornado could clean this place. Very musty smelling from the nasty carpet. I could not sleep under the comforter, was worried bout bed bugs and they wasnt clean at all. Lobby area where breakfast was served also very nasty. They was working on the room next to mine late in the nite. Bathroom was probably the worst. Floor looks like someone tries to tile it and forgot the grout. Bathtub was very dirty inside and out. Toilet was broken. Didn't think the owners/staff really cared bout how the the accommodations was satisfactory for guests. Pool doesnt look like it was opened at all this year. Was still covered and looked empty. Nothing as described online. I can deal deal with alot but this place made me feel like i need a tetanus shot after one night there!. Desk attendant was friendly but place looks like its ran by extremely lazy and seemingly careless people.

As soon as we walked into our room, there was a huge black stain on the carpet. Upon waking the next morning, come to discover there was a huge rip/tear in the sheets/mattress which I question if the sheets were ever changed from the people before us.

When entering the room, it had a very bad Oder and just before laying down I saw a roach. When I work up, I had roaches on the bed and near my luggage. When down to the office and explained the issues and the person at the front desk asked if i wanted to move into a suit. I said no because roaches don't choose what rooms to go into. Also, he was going to refund me for the night and now they will not. When first getting there, I didn't know about the room, and I was going to stay for two more nights. After the issues I explained I will not be staying there. They charged me for two more nights and I am still trying to get my money back.

Disappointing-Mediocre at best
Best I can say is the beds were comfortable. Mediocre clean. Only two small towels provided no washcloths. I did not ask for more, but my daughter and her family who stayed a few doors down dead and they said there was no more available. She will leave her own review, which is worse than mine. Staff was cordial. Girl who checked us in pleasant. Continental breakfast was a joke. You could make your own waffle. No fruit no bread, bagels or eggs. A couple of some sort of muffins. Frosted cornflakes. Also juice and coffee. not anything like pictured. Pool closed for the past 3 years, no plans to reopen it. All in all glad we were only there one night since we were traveling. Definitely not recommended for anything longer.

What a place. We looked for a room convenient to the Pinehurst US Open and the pictures seemed to show an average clean facility. When we arrived at 6.30 pm our designated room was not cleaned and after we went out for dinner we got a different room. We were tired and slept well so what does a not draining shower and sink really mean. When we arrived back to our room the next night it was untouched and we had the privilege of using our dirty and wet towels again. A broken remote limited our entertainment choices at both nights, but this was made up by us having to listen to the mating rituals in the next room through the paper thin walls. The breakfast was a joke and the whole place looks rundown and dirty. Places like this can single handed ruin the reputation of a chain of Hotels. No more Quality Inns for us!

Gross, horrible, dirty place. Smoky rooms, poor hot water, slow drains, No housekeeping for entire 6 night stay. Continental breakfast was a joke. Pool is closed. Staff was nice but inefficient. Whole place was dirty and probably should be demolished. Best thing about our stay was Salem the house cat. By far, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Beware, you have been warned!

I stayed 6 nights while working in area. Only provided 2 towels during stay even after asking. Was told they didn’t have any. Plumbing isn’t draining properly - standing water in shower and sink. Smoke detector gone from wall. Gross stains all over the carpets. Not one housekeeping visit during 6 nights! And WORST OF ALL - the smell of smoke deep in the walls, carpets and bedding. Avoid this hotel!

Worst hotel I have ever occupied. Dirty, smelly room, flies in bathroom, moths on ceiling, door did not properly lock, bathroom ceiling paint chipping. No front desk attendant overnight so there was no opportunity to change rooms. I slept in my car part of the night because I couldn’t take the smell in the room. I canceled the remaining days and checked out at 7 am when staff arrived to unlock front door. I was charged for entire 6 nights when I checked in, but staff properly credited me when I checked out after first night.

The hotel is at a very busy intersection and noise from the traffic was terrible. The room was dark and dingy. The door was not flush and there was quite a gap at the bottom. It didn't appear that the floor was cleaned that often as there was a sticky spot which we wiped up with a white facecloth that was totally soiled after a few swipes. Would not stay there again. It turned us off for all Quality Inns.
