It was too expensive for the room. I was hopping for a room with better view. They given a room in the side of the hotel, becuse I made a reservation through Expedia. I had to pay $ 40 for parking and the rooms are old for the money I paid.

There were two large generators across the street and they were super loud. They are temporary but had to change rooms. The poor staff there must be going crazy! Aside from that, it was all good! Staff was super nice. From Andre’s who changed my room, to Alex at the bar who had great recommendations for things to see and places to go! Thanks to all there!

Location is great. Room was large and the view of the bay was excellent. Restaurants, food, and service were very good. The room needs a major update. Carpet was worn, dresser was banged up, lamps weren’t very attractive.

We stayed for 3 nights. The first 2 nights were ok, the noise coming from outside all night long was awful even on the 12th floor. There was no mention of the noise being an issue when I booked the hotel however once you get to your room they have a sign. They apologize for the noise and I get that there is nothing they can do but if they are aware it's a problem then it should be mentioned when booking the hotel. On our third night there was a bunch of kids running up and down the hallway and they were intentionally slamming doors. By 1:30 in the morning I had enough and called the front desk which took forever for them to answer. I explained the issue and instead of sending security they offered to put me in another room. It was 1:30 in the morning and I was not the problem, I should not have been even offered that. They should have addressed the issue and sent security. 2:00 rolls around and yet no security, finally my husband went to the front desk and security was there, he had the nerve to ask my husband what he wants them to do about it. WHAT THE HECK!! IT'S CALLED DO YOUR JOB!! 2:30 comes and we hear banging, it was the cops, our neighbor next to us had called them since security lacked doing their job. The cops told the guest to quite down and by about 3am the noise stopped. I took a picture, there were over 20 kids in a single room and the hotel was fully aware and allowed that! It was awful and I will never return to this hotel again.

To begin, I informed the staff that we were coming in for my husband 51st Birthday, immediately the staff made sure that we were given royal treatment. Our room was upgraded to a suite, very private corner suite with a beautiful view. Then they went above and beyond by providing us with a beautiful fruit platter. The customer service was 100 percent amazing, the room was clean, and the view was magnificent. My first visit to this hotel was for my husband and I, 20th wedding anniversary and we received the same treatment, I would not stay at any other location when visit Corpus Christi. Omni is hands down the best hotel for business, and leisure.
