Better off sleeping in your car
Run down hotel. Ice machine has been out of order for months. The beds had several human hairs inside the covers. Nobody works there after hours. The number listed doesn’t work to reach anyone. Light burned out, live cockroaches and the continental breakfast was a joke.

Good local place
The place was clean. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker were clean and worked properly. The location was great. We were able to walk to zion national park and food choices were close too.

Convenient hitel
The heater was loud. Tiles on the step and second floor walkway were missing. It was close to zion n p and convenient to walk to restaurants

The ‘grab bag’ breakfast consisted of an apple and a small youghurt. Better than nowt but we almost wished they hadn’t bothered. I sent an email query about something when we got home but they haven’t responded to it.

Disappointing stay
Mid-leading online description 1. Not a 3 star hotel 1. Breakfast not provided before 7am and not sure if it is after. There are no employees on site from 3pm to 9am. 2. lobby was closed with “Help” phone messenger service which was not helpful at all 3. Parking/lidging felt unsecure with no employees on site over night 4. Bathtub lacking a plug 5. Orange & green fabric decors dated & patchy wall painting 6. Two cup coffee maker leaked the coffee on the counter.

Quiet and comfortable property. Room was clean. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. Not many places offer such a wide variety of options anymore, so it's a real gem!!

The room was clean and cozy, and the service staff were incredibly kind. There was no breakfast as advertised, so that needs to be pulled from the website description if they do not plan on offering it going forward. Other than that, it was a great location!

Very close to a shuttle stop for Zion park, coming and going. Liked that we were able to leave our car at their sire until 6 pm on our day of leaving. Nice warm office area with hot coffee and roaring fire. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Loved the old-fashioned pine furniture in guest rooms!

My room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Staff is friendly and attentive. The surrounding area is beautiful with multiple dining options, gift stores and grocery store. Zion free transportation bus stops off in front of the hotel but if you want to walk to Zion, it’s a little over a mile “easy to do”. Thanks for making my trip unforgettable😊

This motel was really close to both restaurants and the entrance to Zions. Parking was atrocious in Springdale so having free parking at the hotel was a HUGE bonus. This is a no frills motel, but it was comfortable and checked all the boxes. I would definitely stay again next time we come to Zions.

We arrive late for the check in, but they left the room keys and information available a the lobby. The room was nice and clean. We had the two queen beds room. Included microwave, fridge, coffee machine, tv, free wifi and excellent toiletries. They offer light to-go breakfast (cereal, juice, yogurts) for free. There is a Chinese restaurant in the property. They are walking distance from Zion Nat Park bus shuttles and restaurants in town. Overall a nice experience.
