One night stay
Stayed for one night, beds were hard and uncomfortable. The pool was warm. There was bugs in the room, bathroom needed cleaning, floor tiles where broken and moving under your feet. Room was dry and gave for a stuffy nose in the morning, but the customer service was great and the people where friendly.

I needed a crib for my baby and supposly they only have 2 cribs available. First come first serve . How do you only have 2 cribs for the whole hotel. Im going to have a terrible night because by baby would only sleep in a crib. They need to have more than 2 cribs. I have been to many hotels and this is a first. I even added a note when booking to make sure I received the crib. On another note the refrigerator didn’t close all the way so I could store my baby’s milk . And the room was not the cleanest. I will not be staying here again.

They gave me one of the older rooms, so I was a little disappointed with that. Ive stayed there a few times in the past and my previous stays were much better. Always in a suite. Will be traveling to Wilson quite a bit in the future. May consider another location my next trip.

The stay was mediocre.The staff was pleasant. The hotel walls are paper thin and my 14-year-old daughter took it upon herself to bang on the wall at 10:30 p.m. for our adult next door neighbors to stop partying. We were there for a soccer tournament and my daughter had to be at the field at 7:00 a.m. The hot water in the shower turned to max was a bit more than warm. The shower itself is very outdated and has mold growing on the sides. The bed was comfortable, bring a plug-in box for your phone because they don't have the USB outlets like every other hotel I've been to lately has. The breakfast was good.

During my recent stay, I was impressed by the professionalism and compassion demonstrated by the attendant who checked me in. They provided excellent service, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I found the suite to be cozy and comfortable. However, I believe the hotel could benefit from some updates, particularly in the bathrooms, to enhance the overall guest experience. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue during my stay when I was woken up by a large cockroach in the suite. This disrupted my rest, and I was unable to return to sleep. As a result, I decided to check out at 6:30 AM, even though my checkout was scheduled for 12:00 PM. With a few minor adjustments to cleanliness and maintenance, I believe the hotel could meet higher standards and provide an improved experience for guests.

I've stayed here several times traveling on 95. The rooms are always good and clean. Beds are comfortable and easy access to dog areas. Breakfast area is clean and staff are friendy.
