The hotel was reasonably priced, clean, quiet and staff were friendly and helpful. It’s not fancy but perfect place for a football weekend. We had a very late arrival due to a delayed flight. The staff had our rooms ready. The night staff was excellent. The hotel close to several fast food restaurants. It was walking distance to Cracker Barrel, McDonald’s and Chick fil a. Across the street, there are many more quick bite places. I will be staying at this property again. It was clean and easy!

The floor in the bathroom by the tub was broken and sunken in. The beds were very uneven and delapitated and the sheets were dirty. Staff next morning was rude and annoyingly loud.

We reserved a first floor room, called 3 days prior to arrival, this was confirmed. But on was put on the 2nd floor. This was not convenient for us. The room was recently renovated but was apparently done by an inexperienced contractor, too many to list them all. I would assume that the contractor has quite a punch list

Great hotel to stop. We've used it twice for our concerts around that area. Friendly staff. Nice clean, newly updated and renovated. Will definitely stay there again.

Hallway and stairs carpet was dirty and threadbare. The bathroom sink plunger could not be opened so it got filled up with dirty water fast. The toilet leaked and made noise whole night. There were kids running around in the hallway at midnight! Since most customers are travelers (on I-95) staying for one night, they get away with not fixing things.

The property is under renovation. When we got there the door to the main floor were open to the humidity and the AC turned off to accommodate the work. In out room, the floor was sticky, the toilet didn't flush, the phone didn't work, the light over the bed worked when it felt like it, and there was no chair for sitting at the desk area. The staff was friendly and got right on these problems, which is the only saving grace.

I’ve been renting a room from here since 8/16, always paid up front for every stay, spent over $2000 staying here and I needed to extent my stay until Oct 1 but I won’t get paid until Tuesday ( today is Saturday and I’m checking out) but the guy at the front desk said they couldn’t give me break and allow me to pay on Tuesday. I have spent soo much money staying here and not looking for a handout bc I can pay my way but for the sake of my son I didn’t want to have to sleep in my car but here we are. This will be the last time I rent a room from Microtel. I spent too much money here over the years to be dismissed like this.
