The location is not very far from the main attraction approx 4.5 miles and is not in a very good neighborhood, but the public transportation is unreliable and often takes an hour or more to and from the main attraction. Bus or Train may or may not have AC which is very hot most of the time. You can take this into consideration if the location is working for you or not. The place itself is safe and clean.

A 5 star experience all round!!
We had a lovely stay at this B&B for two nights. Fast Wi-Fi, very friendly host, breakfast provided every morning & loads of advice and tips to explore Rome. As this was our first trip to Rome, we felt adequately supported & safe at this B&B! I would stay here again in a heart beat.

We liked the roof top area, eating area and kitchen as they stood out from other B and B properties. The standard of the rooms, fittings and cleanliness was excellent.

A lovely little B&B
From start to finish we had a lovely stay at the B&B. This was our second stay in Rome and as we had already seen the main attractions we looked for accommodation a little further outside the centre. We stumbled upon the B&B whilst looking at reviews and decided to go for it. The owner was polite and welcoming and after an introduction of the B&B and area left us to ourselves. It never felt like a B&B it felt like we had rented our own apartment. It was so quiet and calm. Breakfast was nice too. Located on the top floor with a huge outdoor terrace! A good selection: cereal, toast, cakes, yogurt, tea and coffee. On two of the four days the owner had put out on all the guests tables a little extra on top of the normal breakfast. We had freshly made croissants one day and frocasca bread with tomato and mozzarella the next. Plus on the Saturday night we arrived back to our room to find a bottle of white wine waiting for us! Lovely and most welcomed gestures. The room was spacious with good storage and a nice size bathroom. Everything was very clean. We had a room with a balcony facing over the owners garden. I could have spent my whole day on the balcony looking over the gorgeous garden. It was so relaxing and a little oasis to retire to after being on your feet all day. The owner has two cats and dogs and a chicken that were all fun to watch. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone staying in Rome and look forward to another stay should we return.

Nice clean Guesthouse. Owner very helpful.Breakfasts very nice.No Tv in room and slightly outside the centre of Rome. Tram stop only 5-10 mins walk away. Centre of Rome 20 mins by Tram.Very pleased with our choice and would stay again without hesitation.

First time in Rome.
I enjoyed my stay overall. The metro area was about 25 minutes away from the major attractions and center. It was a bit complicated navigating through Rome’s metro systems- bus and train. Most days I caught a taxi or Uber. My trip would have been more enjoyable closer to the center of town. Since I was a solo traveler I was cautious about exploring after hours. One extraordinary service that Mario the manager happily provided was assisting me retrieve my lost cell I left in a local taxi. He was extremely helpful and took immediate action. I greatly appreciated his assistance. My trip was ended with a smile instead of stress.

The perfect B&B!
A fabulous deal for a wonderful place to stay in Rome. Mario is now family! He shared his beautiful home and personally ensured our comfort and needs were met. Having a satisfying breakfast each morning sustained us for a full day sightseeing. The tram service from the main Termini was a direct route to the B&B followed by a short walk. Highly recommended.

Lovely B & B close to transport.
We stayed for four nights and really enjoyed our stay here. It was very close to the tram which took you to the main train station very quickly. The breakfast was good, rooms were clean and Mario was very helpful. I feel we got extremely good value for money and would recommend staying there to anyone. Cheaper then your more central accommodation but if you happy to male the short commute then I would definitely stay here.

A cosy, welcoming bed and breakfast
This has to be one of the best places I have stayed to date. I cannot think of a single fault! The owner Mario is one of the nicest people I have met to date. He is always contactable and is happy to help find the best tours and info for when travelling into Rome. My boyfriend and I stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the garden, and it was worth the extra few euros. You'll be glad to have to have it to relax after a day of walking around Rome. Mario did more than needed to make us feel comfortable and at home. Staying here is well worth the money, and when I go back to Rome in future I will definitely stay here again. I would recommend this place to everyone. Be excited for this bed and breakfast - especially for the breakfasts!!

Great B&B close to Rome centre.
Mario is an excellent host. The bed was super comfortable. His breakfasts were amazing! It's close to the team and bus into Rome centre. Very well priced. Thank you Mario. Luis, his driver is so sweet and full of knowledge. I would recommend him for airport pickups.

After searching through what felt like a million different hotels in Rome, I was recommended this by an Italian friend and it didn't disappoint. The service from the owners was excellent and the room in a good condition with it's own bathroom. I would definitely recommend to others.

The accommodation is very cosy, clean and friedly. It is a good place for everyone who wants relax after a long day, especially for couples and family. The rooms are very nice, quiet, tasteful. The owner is professional and he wants to help you with everything you need. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, it was delicious and you don't get hungry after a long while. Nothing is missing. The location is very good, near tram and bus station, and with it, you reach the Termini station for a 15 minutes. I would recommend it and I would choose it again!

The accommodation itself was comfy albeit small. The balcony and stylised garden were pleasant and the breakfast more than adequate. Mario was friendly and helpful although payment using a card would have been convenient. Although the location is near to a tram and bus station, these were often packed and the trips into Rome central were uncomfortable.

Rome's Gem
We want to give Mario a shout out. The house was impeccable. The owners were super friendly. Mario gave us an overview of the transportation and Museum package deals available and where to get them. The house itself was beautiful and well kept. The neighborhood is kind of a mixture of businesses and homes with a lot of immigrants. We didn't hang around enough to find out about it. Remember Rome is a big city with big city problems.

Notre séjour chez Mario était parfait ! Il a su nous expliquer parfaitement les transports dessertissants le quartier. La chambre était très agréable et le fait d’avoir la climatisation a cette période était un indispensable. Par ailleurs, l’établissement possède une magnifique terrasse en roof top où nous avons pu prendre le petit déjeuner et même plusieurs dîners. Un grand merci à Mario pour sa gentillesse, sa bonne humeur et sa disponibilité.

This B&B is very cute and quaint. Yes, it is not in the city centre but there is s 10 min walk to the nearest metro station and 5 minutes to the tram stop. You are in the city in 20-30 min. We slept really well here and the breakfast is just enough. Mario was very accommodating!
