Staff greeted us and we're very friendly.
Key for the front door was an absolute pain to use, it took us 10 minutes most times to play around with the lock in order to get in, whether it was due to a badly cut key or if there was a certain knack to it we're not sure but they didn't show us a knack of there was one!
The boiler drove us mad, constantly ticking and banging day and night.
Neighbours were VERY loud, one night they were quite clearly having a blazing row, a lot of screaming and shouting and throwing things around, it was quite terrifying.
Bed was comfy, we had hot water and a roof over our heads for the night. It gave us the absolute basics of what we needed which matches what we paid for but the few things need sorting to make it a comfortable stay. Not the place for luxury, which weren't expecting anyway!
